Our human resources management policy in projects is to lead, manage and direct the relevant parties in order to meet the project expectations. In order for the project team to successfully carry out the activities planned in the project, it needs to be organised, managed and directed. We consider all these activities within the scope of project human resources management.

As Kaçarlar Makine, our Project Human Resources Management includes the following elements:

1- Human Resources Planning: The roles and responsibilities that must be carried by the personnel in order to meet the needs for the project and the skills they must have in order to fulfill these responsibilities are determined in this process.

2- Establishment of the Project Team: It starts with the appointment of the project manager. The assignment of the predetermined project personnel to be included in the project team is also made in this process. After that, the project manager or project management team meets with the personnel candidates to make other project personnel assignments. Eligible candidates are taken to the project team.

3- Development of the Project Team: It is the process of increasing the efficiency of the project activities carried out during the execution of the project. It includes efforts to develop relationships in the project team, increase competencies, and improve the overall project team environment.

4- Management of the Project Team: It includes monitoring the performance of the project team during the project, providing feedback on this issue, resolving the problems, if any, and managing the changes to be made in the project management plan accordingly.
