As Kaçarlar Makine, our planning process in project management includes very important tasks such as determining the scope of the project, estimating time and costs. The planning process includes the processes necessary to define the overall scope of work, define and clarify objectives, and determine the actions necessary to achieve those objectives. The project management plan and necessary project documents are developed by the planning process group.
The project planning process begins with the overall project plan, and then the elements of the plan are broken down into smaller parts, which are then further broken down into smaller parts and logically sequenced, defined, listed, scheduled and budgeted. All aspects of scope, duration, cost, quality, communication, risk and procurement are examined in the project management plan and project documentation.
