As Kaçarlar Makine, the project contract is closed at the end of the project. In this final process, the project is reviewed in order to identify errors and deficiencies. This is also of great importance for other possible projects. In addition, formal acknowledgment of acceptance of the results must be obtained from the client or sponsor.
The information generated during the project should be summarized under the name of “lessons learned”. So this information can also be used for a new project to be realized in the future.
