Project Execution

As Kaçarlar Makine, our project execution principle is to ensure the coordination between people and resources, taking into account the project management plan, to carry out the project as planned in terms of time, cost and features in order to achieve the project goals and meet the customer requirements during the execution phase.
During the execution, most of the Project Manager's time is spent performing the necessary control activities to ensure that the Project is completed on time, in accordance with the budget constraints, within the determined scope and at the planned quality level.
Executive Process Group; A series of documents are updated and/or completed by the Project Manager with the cooperation of the project team members. These documents help us collect and communicate information; so that the Project Manager will be able to measure, monitor and regulate the successful implementation of the project. Every step in this process should be recorded.
