Project Monitoring and Control

As Kaçarlar Makine, we pre-define possible problems and changes to be made in order to be able to control the applications in the Monitoring and control process group and to take corrective measures when necessary. We keep the progress of the project under constant control to ensure that the project is on track. As a project becomes more complex, we increase the level of control and execution necessary to keep risk and quality under control.
